Hi! I know at this stage in your life, losing your hair is extremely difficult. If it's any consolation, based on the pictures, your hair is fine (I know you use Dermatch, but it looks really good)....

If tapes and glues don't work for you due to hygienic reasons, I highly recommend Got2BeGlued spiking gel. Put this on your entire scalp, put on your piece, give me about 5 minutes to dry, then voila...
