I personally think it looks fantastic. I just have a hard time believing the color is 1b, but that really doesn't have anything to do with how it looks anyway; you look great!

AG, how many units have you cut in with your Robocutter in the last year and a half? If it's the usual 6-8, that is not a lot of usage at all... I would call and complain to the company.

Your stylist should be able to thin out the piece, but she probably won't be able to cut out any more than 5-10% density.
