quite honestly, I would just order an all lace stock unit, as its got all the specs you want. they come + or- 65%, and with a slight wave. you can make a template and cut it down to any size you want... |

I turn the base upside down and pin it onto a styro head, I then take very sharp manicure scissors and trim off the extra lace leaving 1/8th to 1/4 inch in the front.

just cut the threads with a seam ripper, manicure scissors or an exacto knife. be careful not to cut the lace...just the little threads that the tag is sewn on with.

toplace can definitely do a vacuum system with lace edges....but it seems to me that the lace would elimate the actual vacuum. not sure though as I haven't tried it.

many do thing that attaching is definitely easier with a 1" poly strip on sides and back...but you do lose some undetectability with that type of base.....so it really boils down to personal choice.
