keep in mind he is also wearing a full cap, the full cap will adhere to the scalp much better than a topper ...so therefore no adhesive is necessary...I have some cancer patients that use this option ...

You could have the procedure done with henna to see if you like it (it will last a couple weeks)....and then decide if you want it done permanently. DebbieS.
