Post: Re: combing matted hair

After I get out of the shower everything is matted to my head and wet. I usually brush my teeth, shave, get dressed, etc to allow the glue or tape to rebond itself from the heat of the shower... Th...

Very cool! One of the things I always noticed about hair piece "before and after" pics was the obvious recession on the sides and the normal hairline on top. This eliminates that problem! What would...

I agree completely with using tape. I was a glue guy for a long time, but then after it heats up, the bond can release, or slide. Tape stays in place and is ultra strong! I had my piece taped with ...

Yep, it is the Proflex tape. I feel its awesome! Even better than blue liner. Has anyone tried this Proflex tape versus ST-30? How do they stack up against one another?

I get mine with a poly back and sides up to about the area where your ear is. This allows me to have higher density around the sides and back for blending. I hate it when its very thin on the sides an...

I just picked it up at my local hair piece salon. I recall them using it on my piece back when I went to them. I remember getting 2-3 week bonds with it. Anyone use it? Best way to describe it: It...

Yeah, synthetic hair is junk. Some of the girls at my salon have used synthetic hair for extensions and its trash. And trying to color it is next to impossible. It seems to have a mind of its own.

You don't need your piece to go that far down the side of your head. If you get the piece to just cover the top of your head, you would be fine. Going down that far is going to be nearly impossible to...

I'd like to see pictures without the flash. If the flash makes that much of a difference, I can totally see a hover effect where the piece meets your side hair.
