If you can get ahold of it easily 99% is the way to go, but 91% works just fine if you have trouble digging up some 99%.

Totally agree. Concealers can do an excellent job of concealing baldness but they tend to look flat and dull. If you want a healthy looking head of hair without the mess it's usually better to transit...

Alcohol based products only soften adhesive- they don't remove it. Just about any skin safe adhesive remover will do the trick.
