yes, chlorine does fade haircolor.
but I think there are other things in some water that also discolor the hair...like rust, hard water etc. |

that lace you've pointed out is not glued down all the way, when its glued down, you cannot see it.

Yes, xeon, it is possible to do it, I would never say it is not possible to bleach hair to white, I do it all the time. but the factories do not like to bleach black hair down to white as it signific... |

absolutely. as long as they are not mixed together and you close the lids tightly, you can use them for future colorings. just mix only what you need and save the rest for later.

try putting some 99% on a q-tip and removing with that.

what I do, is make little tiny dots with a sharpie around the template, then take the template off and apply the glue up to the dots (but don't cover them). then I remove all the dots except the fron... |
