you are thinking of the color conditioner ADF. there is also the nearly natural sulfate free shampoo and also the color correcting shampoo. Debbies.

The tape applies like any other roll of tape. put the sticky part down and peel off the backing. it is no different as far as application goes. DebbieS.

I honestly don't know how to remove it, if its on the underside of the base, you could try bleaching it out with 40 vol. peroxide developer???? ANY base will stain if you get dark hair color on it. ...
