| you are thinking of the color conditioner ADF.
there is also the nearly natural sulfate free shampoo and also the color correcting shampoo.

| The tape applies like any other roll of tape. put the sticky part down and peel off the backing. it is no different as far as application goes.

| once you get seep through it means your body chemistry has simply broken down the bond. (could also be the heat/humidity). you just have to change out and do a clean up.
