If you still have good hair on the sides and back, go with a topper.
Your hair doesn't grow that fast. Even if you get frequent haircuts, that's still 4 weeks. Most guys go up to 8 weeks.

I've only tried Blue Liner so far. I do notice it gets kinda gooey... but the clean up really isn't that awful. I did itch a tiny bit with Blue Liner, but nothing awful.

You don't need your piece to go that far down the side of your head. If you get the piece to just cover the top of your head, you would be fine. Going down that far is going to be nearly impossible to... |

Yeah, synthetic hair is junk. Some of the girls at my salon have used synthetic hair for extensions and its trash. And trying to color it is next to impossible. It seems to have a mind of its own. |

Yep, it is the Proflex tape.
I feel its awesome! Even better than blue liner. Has anyone tried this Proflex tape versus ST-30?

Fact: his hair is cut short on the sides, and his density is not 50%. I cut hair for a living. He is definitely not 50... |

I agree completely with using tape. I was a glue guy for a long time, but then after it heats up, the bond can release, or slide.
Tape stays in place and is ultra strong!

The consealers like nanogen or toppix is okay, but the worst is when it rains or if you sweat. You'll have the dye running down the side of your head. Kinda stressful.
