You might want to try Stick It tape. Low shine, strong, no irritation. I like blue liner and some of the other strong tapes but after awhile they cause irritation in the nape area.

Like Paul said, you are going to need to go lower in the back. Might also want to add a little more recession in the upper temples. You can always order a fuller hairline on future orders.

Having to worry about removing/cleaning/reattaching every week. A shaved head might not look as good but it's a lot easier to maintain :)
