$55 is about what I pay for removal, shampoo, attach and cutin. Seems like a decent deal. Now that I do my own attachments and will be trying out my new flowbee, it just gets easier to be independent.

I have been using that for years. Only need a tiny bit and make sure you rinse out well. For me if I put too much on my hair will seem to be flat and a bit greasy after a while.

I shower everyday and wash my real hair every other day and was my system hair never more than once per week. I go 2-3 weeks for attachment and system last from 5-8 months.
