What I do is go on Ebay and buy the shrinking plastic for baskets. You can get 50 of them for $10 if you shop. These are great because they are round on the closed end. I then cut out a section fo...

Yes, in fact it gave me the best full cap fit yet. It would tear long before giving up it's shape.

If there's any weak spots you can still add some tape. Also you will need to trim it before putting it on your head. See picture which kind of show what I mean. I'm sure you will ruin a few before you...

Yes, it sucks right to your head, it does get a little hot but it works great. It will work for either a full head or topper just fine. Just position the rounded part of the bag on the crown.

Yes minus the tape. The only real good reason to use it is it's very cheap, very quick and it fits tighter on the head then plastic and tape. This is how I got a better fit, it wasn't loose on the he...

The shrink wrap works fine, honest! Ask John if the template I sent in was inferior or unacceptable since he would be the best judge!

I shrink it then do some trimming especially around the ears and hit it again with the blow dryer to get it even tighter. Then I will draw and cut to size. No need for the tape unless you wish to rein...

Why does it have to be thicker? I never thought thicker was better, in fact it will just make your piece too large! Skin tight template equal skin tight hair! These are just my opinions and I'm no exp...

Paul, I have not colored it at all. In fact it's still a little darker than the newer ones. One note though, the first one I got was clearly a better unit than the ones I've received after that. The o...

Paul, I do not pin it. I would be afraid it would distort or tear the lace. I just take my hands and kind of pull down or forward a bit, not much and that does the trick. I have also done the same whe...

Paul - Do you attach right after you apply got2b or do you wait some time? I found that attaching right away gives me a far better bond and since I remove and rinse each night there is no buildup in t...

No need to soak it, just roll the lace between your fingers, this way it dislodges the glue in the lace. I takes me no more than 30 seconds to do the whole piece. The way I do it is simple: 1) put ab...

The only thing I can suggest is this. I grew out 1/4" of my own hair on the sides and temples and from the fold/bone (I don't know the name) down. This way you see your own growing hair on the sides a...
