It's definitely a stock. Just came with those specs. I'll just let you know that it's not actually a Toplace stock though. That might might help make sense.

well I used the razor comb to do a complete cut in so i'm sure that would probably speed up the life of the blade. It's not completeley worn out yet. It still cuts ok I'm just thinking about the futur...
