That was definitely a wig he wore. Part of his scalp was burned during the shooting of a Pepsi commercial back in the 80s so he had to wear. Dont know if he lost more hair due to MPB or something else...

He's probably not losing a whole lot of sleep over the height issue. I wish I was taller (only 5'6") but I don't let it bother me THAT much. Too many other blessings !

He actually was first choice by producers for Top Gun but turned down the part at first. Then after being taken for a flight with the Blue Angels, he changed his mind and signed on with the project.

hairy, I'm blonde bue-eyed and fair-skinned too and the asian hair has been fine for me (colored of course!). I would like to try the euro hair but it is so expensive !
