Bubble wrap needs to be in every hairwearers arsenal imo. Get the type with not small or too big bubbles. Place the bubble wrap on a magazine or book, and place on your lap. Then slide the piece down....

I would only use a steam room midway through my attachment cycle, which gives the tape enough time to get tacky and give a good hold. Too early or late, would risk the chances to loosening the bond.

You say the front is thinning, can you take a recent pic of this? From those pics it looks like you definitely don't need a fullcap.

I would get the temples ventilated back and DOWN. And yes, any amount of curve in the temple, will make a HUGE improvement. Don't make it too sharp, but curved.

I've worn a partial for 3 years, that incorporates ALL side hair. You can get a very good look, especially with a curved outline for the temples. But I only feel comfortable brushing everything forw...

At first I was going to say just get a normal topper. But your sides look thin, the temples are ok, but they look thin just above the ear at the back. I'm in the same boat with the sides at the back.

Why don't you go for a fullcap permanently? Or a larger base? Its hard psychologically, but with the benefits...you'll adjust. For a temp fullcap, get a tight skull cap or get your existing hair bra...

Looks good, but I can notice the bump...where the piece hair is flatter than your own hair. This is the downside of going with a PARTIAL and having a comb down style. If you had a bigger topper...ever...
