The only thing you could do is clip up as much hair as possible away from the edges where the tape is attaching the piece, then use an orange(citrus) based hand cleaner like permatex fast orange hand ...

You can order a flowbee with a universal adapter ;) usually. Try googling for it in the Uk. If you have to choose between the two,the robocut just doesn't do a good enough job at all whereas the Flow...

Super stick glue is also good...just follow the instructions and it gives a very good hold on lace and isn't as messy to clean up as ultrahold. But that list is very good overall ;)

Some hospitals ask you to declare if you wear a hairpiece and request you remove it for during your stay in the hospital. So you may want to wait till after surgery or clarify the hospital policy firs...
