Basically two general methods if your going to use the tape by itself. 1 is to cut the tape into small pieces, or small tabs, and place it on the front perimeter of the hairline right up to the lace...

with all my years of seeing lace samples etc.. i wish i saw more poly skins. Buying one for me is like a gamble i have no idea how it will work with my complexion and or style. etc

If the lace tape was very thin, almost like a glue, then thats the 3mil lace tape. Which is basically glue, in a tape format. If it is blue, then its the blue lace tape.

what did you use to cut your hair, a buzzer? I cut my own hair too. I just used a buzzer and cut it all to one inch. and then on the sides and back went over it with a razor comb and thinning shear...
