I spray with water in the morning, brush the hair and go! Never had a problem, even in the wind, in fact during the day i quite often just use my fingers to roughly style the hair etc..

Density should be based on what the density you have on the sides and back not your age. If for example your side hair resembles 60% but around 70% at the back then try and go for 60% and slightly low...

If you use an anti perspirant then make sure it is clinically recommended for the face and scalp. Generaly those that are designed for the face and scalp(maxim,odaban etc..) should be applied at night...
