This is probably the easiest style you can do with a full cap, and its a good way to start with a full cap as it can take a few attempts to get it perfect when attaching for the first time.

I have found this with my new system. I put some tape on but double up, I didnt put them on top of eachother just next to eachother, then with a hairdryer on HOT, blasted the tape for about 20 seconds...
