Start lower density, like 55-60%.
Send in a hair sample for a good color match.
See if you can find a stylist in your area to work with, makes things a lot easier in the beginning.

You can't go too short because it has to blend with your hair. Also if it's really short AND low density you're going to start to expose things you don't want to on the scalp.

It'd be really hard/impossible to define the curl from a hair sample as it's no longer growing out of your head.
I wouldn't worry about the curl much, get whatever is closest to the style you want a... |

Where do you live? Farrell is not the only option salon-wise. There are a decent amount of independent salons and stylists across the country that will be MUCH cheaper and can work with a Toplace syst... |

Try Extendabond/Proflex, it lasts a good 10 days longer for me than blue tape. |

All Proflex will shine for a few days. You can dab the front hairline with your fingertips through the lace to reduce shine. Or you can try Stop Shine.

Must be water based with no oils to spoil bond.
