Some more recent photos
Here are a few more recent photos, some of which were taken while travelling in India. You can see I'm sporting a slightly longer style now. So easy to blend and easily conceals my lack of any temple points Smile Hair is very badly receded now and temples are totally gone, but I don't care!

And a couple more from FB

Looks amazing

can I have full details.

density, curl and wave etc.

i like that style and would like to give it a go, so far every system I have had has never had that curly hair look, seems fun!

have you ever thought of having transitional hairlines at the sides, scalp appearance or anything?

Thanks for the positive feedback!

For the hair system I wore to India, I attached it in February 2011. Wore it for 5 months, including 4.5 month trip to India. Even with the high sun exposure, heat, use of local shampoo and conditioner, dry weather, and lack of TLC, the system still looks and feels really good in July. I only changed because it had faded a bit, but it would have been fine to dye and keep wearing.

Specs are:

-> Base material = #64 with sfs front
-> Density = 77% (78% hairline, 73% back and sides)
-> Curl = bodywave
-> Style = freestyle
-> Hair length = 6 inch
-> Non-graduated hairline
-> #4 with 15% gray hair (John:"--the gray is human hair so you can color
if you need to tone it down a bit". )

John was very helpful in nailing my specs, and got everything spot on. Would you believe I haven't even needed to order a unit since mid-2011. These systems are strong and reliable, and it's easy to get 5 months out of them.

Not sure what you guys mean about the transition, but here are some photos showing more hairline, when I was experimenting with lower density a few years ago:

Mr. Burns,
You're a great hair wearer! But even better than that you've got a wonderful attitude toward life. You're always traveling and having a good time. And you're always in the company of good looking women! Some hair wearers are so self conscious of themselves---not you. You've got your head on straight and you're enjoying life. You're an great example to all of us.
Regards,
John

RE: Some more recent photos
Picture 163 looks 10x better than the picture you have on this website above the forum, the density looks way too high on that one.

but yeah this looks amazing, if you could take 2 minutes of your time to answer these questions it would make a big impact on my life and future orders.

1. I don't know what base material #64 is, I assume it's french lace or something?

2. what is you're opinion on having french lace at the front instead of swiss, have you done it before? does the hairline look just as good as swiiss? do you get more use out of it?

3. have you considered trying Ultra lace in the base or the front or even both? It is supposed to be even finer than swiss lace.

4. not that it matters much but can I ask what you use glue/tape wis? and how often you wash it? what shampoo,conditioner and leave in you use? these questions don't matter as much, but I would like the complete story.

5. do you use any gel to have your hair coming up like that or does it just sit like that naturally?

6. I notice the grey-ness, did you colour it to tone it down? I wasn't away you could colour/die human hair, what would you use to colour it, overall would you recommend to have no greyness, and you wanted greyness to look like your going grey a little bit.

5. Longevity: it's been 5 months with one system, how long do you think you can get this system to last for? 12 months, 18 months, 24 months? I assume the base material would break apart before the hair sheds, as I see no shedding at all after 5 months already!

Thanks.
