Ok i recieved my frontal partial unit today 2 weeks late. I'm not even worried about that. What I am worried about is that the hair is going in the back direction and I wanted bangs (the opposite direction). Please is there any way to fix this??

Hello Cleveland .. sorry to hear you have an issue with the system after waiting... I`d suggest you contact John directly...please don`t `touch`the system [styling /cutting etc] ... if you feel the hair is ventilated incorrectly [wrong direction] the only solution will be replacement...it can and does happen that things are not as you`d want them to be ... it`s annoying but John will sort it out for you...... the only thing I`d say is when systems arrive first, they often look very `wiggy` and hair `` all over the place`` and you`d wonder how will this ever look right, but once styled and settled-in, they`re grand......but if you have any doubts, just contact John/Toplace direct....... best wishes.. If the hair has been vented wrong you need to send it back.
