No idea, I sent pictures to John he told me it was dye and to try cleaning it, which of course made no difference.

ill bet if you bleached it that would do the trick. go to youtube and search "hairpiece bleaching knots" its the same thing as bleaching the lace. good luck.

Thanks I had considered it, I only use very small cut outs from the custom piece, so I'll cut a bit out and try bleaching it.
