No lace is lace and hair is tied into it never mind what anyone else tells you, It was a toupee 40 years ago its a toupee today. Yes the material has got thinner, Yes the hair is processed to better ...

The leaving it long on the sides was the best option for years as the way they used to knot/ventilate the pieces was not compatable to short styles as they would knot 3-4-5 strands of hair in one knot...

Not sure if Lyncher mentioned this, But the piece is a stock piece I sent him, Deb cut it in and Lyncher tweaked it and done the rest.
