Yes, when the hair is still damp or dripping wet, you can set it :) When it dries it will be exactly as you set it and will stay that way until you wash again.

Please note; while on holiday I didn't really care or worry about my hair at all. I just enjoyed my time and didn't fuss, so in some photos you will notice it hasn't been "fixed" to look exactly right...
