Sorry, no tips on that brother. I use the gels for poly but i still use ORWG to attach the lace hairline.

One of the reasons I have it so low on the sides is because I have a low cowlick on the top/back of my head on the right side. If I take the template up any higher then it will be extremely difficult ...

Anty, the only reason I wouldn't recommend the thin skin would be because of his exercising. That could get pretty hot and uncomfortable I think. I could be wrong though.
