i think you are correct in the shampoo. when i use shampoo, you would think it was glue i washed it with cos the hair is so mangled.
only when i use conditioner does the hair untangle itself

id hazard a guess and say 65%.
if it is too dense, ie about 80% then the hair is like a persian rug, pardon the pun.
to have the scalp showing at the front then a max of around 65% i reckon. ive yet... |
