I agree with Hersute. I've have been in contact with lots of people that hired top-notch doctors for hair transplants and the results were disappointing. And they shelled out thousands of dollars for it. Often times transplants just don't 'take.' There are no guarantees.

I understand what your saying but I think thesedays you'd have to be very unlucky not to get good results, obviously peoples opinions will differ on what 'good results' are.

If I were rich I would get a transplant.. but FUE only, and I would only do it if I were a candidate for it, of course. If not, I guess I would get my hairpieces from that company that William Shatner goes to that charges A LOT of money, but the pieces are like real hair.. they are just that good, but you pay a LOT of money.
