How to cut the lace in the front - sprital - 11-06-2008 Hi, Does anyone know any tips on how to cut the lace part on a new unit (Yes, I know with a scissors) off without screwing it up. Just received a 68% Tl100. It seems kinda thin in density but then again they all do to me until there on. TheThinnist base I've ever seen on a unit. Been to Hcm and H-Direct and thought I'd give top lace a try. Took awhile to get the hair though. Re: How to cut the lace in the front - DebbieS. - 11-07-2008 I turn the base upside down and pin it onto a styro head, I then take very sharp manicure scissors and trim off the extra lace leaving 1/8th to 1/4 inch in the front. just be careful to not cut the hair, just cut the lace....but it is not hard to do at all.
