Ah yes, I totally see what you mean Snipe. I've also had a look at your recent template photos, and they are all taken down to a point. This is a good idea.

I think your new photo looks really good and you've really nailed this issue. I will be designing something just like that, it's the next logical step for me because I would like to try something more reliable than the curtains.

Did you find it tricky to blend or need any dermmatch? Or are your sides still thick enough on their own to easily blend?

I would say you sides are pretty much the same. No dermatch and the blend was no problem. This piece is all 68, next order I an going to specify 65 for the flaps.

I use all tape only and when you look at my template I have all straight lines on the flaps for ease and speed of applying tape, which takes about 15 minutes to tape the whole unit.
