I've been using ORWG for a while which works very well for me in terms of hold, but it's a rough clean up; much of it tends to stay on the lace and it results in needing 4 or 5 mirror slides to get it...

LTB's idea seems to make the most sense. Run some h2o through it and go work out. It won't totally dry out for at least a good hour and that's plenty of time for any work out. No need in putting a bun...

Thanks for the tips. I will definitely try the conditioner/cream on the hair ends and the comb technique on my next attachment, of course being careful not to get the conditioner near the bonding area...
