Snipe, thank you so much for posting all this info. It's great to have this sort of help when you are starting out as it can be a bit daunting.

Were the photos posted with these specs of your piece? It's almost exactly the style that I will be looking to achieve. Is it a topper, full cap or partial?
Is it very much maintenance to keep the style (after the piece is fully attached?)

All my pieces are those specs. It's a topper but now I have flaps and a lot of gray. I'll post pics tonight of my new pieces off a template.
No maintenance what soever.
