Not even close. Colored yes, but it's all his.

Many people have often long suspected that Ted Koppel wears a piece. Amazingly, he doesn't, though it looks like he intentionally styles it to appear like a wig. Costas' hair looks far more normal than Koppel's -- just bad choice of coloring.
