Hi Debug,
Just use the online ordering and for the dropdown menu for template please select 'sending template' and the drop down for hair select 'sending hair sample.' The just mail the template and hair sample to:

PO BOX 5
CIRCLE PINES MN 55014
USA

When your template and hair sample arrive they will be matched with the specs that you selected online and the order will be placed. Allowing for extra delivery time to Italy expect it to take about 6 weeks.
