A while ago I was browsing the forums and noticed a lot of talk about how to best deal with the red-tone issue some of us are having. A lot of interesting things have been posted lately however I also recall John joining the discussion at some point. Unless I'm mistaken he mentioned something we could specify when placing an order... for the factory to avoid using reds as base before coloring? Something like that, I think. Sadly I've been looking for that thread but couldn't find it.

Maybe someone remembers the thread, or what instructions to add for the factory guys when ordering a system?
