was just curious about the delivery estimates given, I'm on my third piece and John has told me it will be with me in 4-6 weeks but the last two were both 5-7 weeks. Just curious as to why the difference? Any ideas?

There are several variables that affect delivery times. Order flow, type of base that you select (ILace takes longer than SFS or French), size of your unit, extra hair length (this takes longer to knot), holidays, etc. We try to do our best on turn around times but since these are hand made units it's difficult to narrow the delivery date. It's always a good idea to have a spare unit on hand.
