Probably a dumb question.
I've seen a lot of pics of pieces that looked really good but were sort of ruined by the lace showing. I was just wondering why can't the lace be skin coloured? It would be great if they made it in a few different shades and when you order your piece you pick which shade you think most closely matches your skin.

Hi xcvq,
Good question. In the 'olden days' of hair wearing you would pick out your lace color. But things have improved in all areas of hair wearing and lace is one of those areas. Our factory uses a translucent colored lace for both the French lace and Super Fine Swiss lace. This allows the color of the scalp to show through the lace. When properly applied it's undetectable. It works for virtually all of our customers including Asians, Caucasians, Afro-Americans, Latinos, etc. And when the oils of the scalp mix with the lace you just can't see it.
Regards,
John
