I used the leave in but it seamed to make my hair a bit crunchy til I brushed it out.
The rinse out stuff is super great. I spray first with Nearly Natural then just a dime size of conditioner. Rinse out well and make sure I put a bit of Dawn dish soap on the underside of the lace. This stuff seams so slick that I want to make sure my tape bonds to the lace.
