I've been wearing for going on 3 years and my remaining naturally growing hair has continued to thin at the back and I need to extend the base in the back by about a 1/2 inch. Without having to send another mold in to have a new base figured out, can I just tell TL that I need to have the back of the base extended by 1/2 inch? I could send one of my existing bases to TL and indicate that the back needs to be extended 1/2" Will this work as opposed to sending a new mold in?

This is a common problem. Our bald areas then to expand over time. No need to send in a new template--just email me and let me know that you want the base extended by 1/2" or whatever length you want. If the front hair line shape has not changed there is no need for a new template. Also, if the width needs to be changed we can do that also without the need for a new template.
