I finally managed to find the NewImage colour chart that is used by Toplace.
During my research, I talked with several people having problems finding the right colour, I hope that it can help them.

Uuum, I'm pretty sure this is NOT the chart used...but I could be wrong I guess. No number/hair color name combination seems to be the same as most hair suppliers. Regards

Actually I think that it's the chart used by Toplace.
But I agree that other suppliers do not use it.

My advice to find the right color is to google image it, ex: "8R Chestnut".
