I'm looking for a good pair of scissors to deal with tape rolls. Is there a kind that works well with the tapes? That is, ones that resist adhesive and maintain good performance.

I just use a small surgical scissors ...if you rub a small amount of lace-release onto the blades it should help stop them `sticking`to the tape as you cut.
