Swiss vs French lace systems
What are the pros and cons of a Swiss lace system vs a French lace system? Is the Swiss that much less visible? What about a french lace w Swiss front? Why would someone want an all-Swiss system? What is the benefit?

RE: Swiss vs French lace systems
Hi .. I guess it`s down to a few things ..personal choice and practicality. Swiss is lighter to wear, French being that bit `heavier` but is a bit more robust, in wear. Swiss is probably the ultimate [apart from the `thin skin `material ] in un-detectability to the eye especially for exposed hairlines. Some people like to combine the durability of French with the invisibility of a Swiss front..... hope that helps...regards, Paul.

RE: Swiss vs French lace systems
yeah everything he said, some like an all swiss system simply because it is lighter. It might feel lighter to wear and more airy etc. There are diff types of swiss lace, that is a very generic term. But on average, the super fine swiss is the thinnest of the laces, and the french or 64 is the more standardized, more sturdy lace. A popular combo is to have ur base french for durability and the front super fine swiss for the soft hairline.
