How long do full caps look good for? Does sleeping wear out the back?

Does anybody have pictures of their full caps a couple months into wear?

3 months all the way up to ????? I have units that I have worn for 5 months that haven't shed and are almost as soft as they were on day one.

If the hair is decent quality and you use the right maintenance products, sleeping in the unit will not cause any harm, but I highly recommend a satin pillowcase to prevent unnecessary friction and wicking of moisture.

I've got anywhere from 5 weeks to 5 months and possibly longer, though I've not managed it. On average I would say from experience around 10 to 14 weeks, but it really depends on how you treat them, and their quality. Dryness and shedding have been my main enemies. The bases all seem to hold up well.
