Here's a guy in his early 30's and his hair line is starting to thin out. He can probably nurse it along for a while with Propecia and Nizora. His crown has not lost any hair. But more often than not the thinning will continue.

A dab of concealer and nobody would ever know. My business partner is thinning slightly in his temples and uses a tiny bit of Couvre and it looks perfect. A combdown style would easily hide that as well.

As soon as that becomes too much trouble go for a small partial.
