She does have a template (plus I've also made my own). It's just that she uses stock systems so the template is only used to cut it to size. Custom orders are much more (over $1k) and then take 8 weeks.. Confusedhock:

I used to pay much more and then have to deal with waiting 8 weeks to find they got it wrong (which happened quite often). When she switched to stock the price came down to about $600 (it's gone up since) and the delay was only a week.... plus they were always pretty much the same.

BTW, when the stock unit come in I still pay for the cut-in ($50)... so I pay $800 + another $50 to cut in. Originally she used to include the cut-in price, but you know, with the economy and all the prices went up Wink
