Re: Anyone read this?
Hi Jazzy,
On your other post on this forum you said this:

'The systems that I see you guys wearing are simply second to none - the hair lines, density and crown are absolutely fantastic.'

We have many loyal customers that have been with us for years and the list keeps on growing. We stand behind our quality. In fact, if anyone sends us a hair piece from Farrell Hair along with their receipt showing that they paid at least $2,000 for the unit--we will duplicate it for free. You can compare our quality to the Farrell piece and decide which one is better. I'll go one step further. I don't know who you're buying from now and I don't care who the company is, Jazzy, but I'll make you a special offfer---please send us your system for duplication and then you be the judge---we won't charge you a cent. I know of no other company that will make you that kind of offer.
Regards,
John

Jazzy, I am a newbie also and have ordered two pieces from toplace both of which have been very good quality. Plus the price is very good also. To put your mind at ease if you are not happy with your piece then I know BA and John will sort it out for you.

Mistakes happen, if this really was a legitimate customer they could have contacted John or BA and gotten the problems resolved. You can't expect 100% perfection every time, dealing with a factory in a foreign nation. That's why you need backup systems. Many guys here choose to buy stock systems. If you don't want to learn to DIY a good stylist can fit you with a stock system. It's a good way to try them out, without the wait time of a custom order.

Re: Anyone read this?
John,

Thank you very kindly on that offer.

I am going to have a template done on September 13th with Joanna in London; she knows that I will be one of your clients. I'm guessing that she'll know your density range.

I really want flowing hair, blows in the wind and you can see scalp... mine just feels to rough.

I look forward to being one of your new clients.

Thanks to all the others for the advice.

Jazzy
