Shampoo and Conditioner
Hey Guys,

Hope this doesn't sound stupid, but wondering if these would be ok to use. Look in the ingredients, only one type of sulfate. Maybe its a long shot, but these are cheap and easy to find.

Re: Shampoo and Conditioner
The ingredients look good. It also contains a couple of types of silicone which probably help detangle and condition.

The biggest problem I have found with most sulfate free shampoos is that they don't lather in processed hair and they tend to make the hair "icky" feeling and prone to tangling.

Re: Shampoo and Conditioner
I've tried ALL of them and take my advice.
Go to Walmart and get Cream of Nature shampoo and conditioner.
4 bucks each and it is hands down the best.
The best, BAR NONE.

Re: Shampoo and Conditioner
Hey Snipe-

I tried the old stuff you recommended and two people who aren't even involved with hair said it smells like flea and tick shampoo. It does smell pretty bad.

Did they change it?

Hi jr,
Not sure what you're talking about but the stuff in the orange bottles is the whip in every aspect.

Re: Shampoo and Conditioner
The old stuff in the cream colored bottle with the red letters works good but smells bad.

I haven't tried any of the newer stuff since i read on the women's boards that it wasn't as good.

Re: Shampoo and Conditioner
I used to buy Creme of Nature at Wal-Mart but lately I haven't seen it. Anyone else notice that?

Re: Shampoo and Conditioner
unfortunately, the new Creme of Nature now has Ammonium Laureth Sulfate.

this is a shame, I won't use it now, and I was pumping this shampoo for a long time.

I'm currently using the Tigi Bedhead Sulfate-free shampoo. Has gotten very good
reviews and is reasonally priced online.
