Lace release or Isopropyl alcohol?
Anybody got any recommendations as far as choosing lace release or alcohol? Just using alcohol doesn't seem to work all that well with my hair density. (I've used 90-100%). Thinking of trying lace release.

"Lace release" IS 100% isopropyl alcohol. I have both and cannot see or smell any difference and the way they work is exactly the same.

Mmmmm, you must have some "weird" lace release.
Is it perfectly clear, like water ?
If not, then it's obviously not 100% isopropyl.
It might contain 100% isopropyl, but in total it's not 100% isopropyl.

- What density is the unit ?
- How are you applying the alcohol ?
- What attachment method(s) are you using ?

Re: Lace release or Isopropyl alcohol?
99% isopropyl alcohol is the main ingredient in lace release (not the only ingredient, but the MAIN ingredient). you can substitute 99% alcohol for lace release with excellent results.
you do not want to use 70% isopropyl alcohol as it simply isn't strong enough. hope this helps.
