This is true in the beginning, however, one thing worth noting is that some people are likely to notice that you had something done, but with a good looking unit they aren't usually thinking "hairpiece". This is where hairpiece ignorance actually HELPS us.

The reason I know this is because I have officially "let the cat out of the bag" to several people who already knew that I was doing "something", but even after explaining to them what it is they still didn't seem to quite comprehend it. Only one person came out and asked me if it was a piece, and he's losing his hair so he was one of those people who are simply more conscious of it.

As long as it looks good that's all that matters.
