You have posted the 'Farrell Challenge' on your webstie claiming that you have the best hair system. You claim that no one has accepted it. Therefore you were 'voted' the best hair system for 9 years running. Well, on 7/14 it marks 3 weeks that Toplace has accepted the challenge and you have not responded.

I've emailed you--no response.
I've issued an internet press release--no response.
I've posted it on this forum--no response.
And I posted it twice on the hairsite.com forum and now it's been deleted from that forum.

Send a registered letter, return reciept. That way you KNOW Farell recieved your invitation to take him up on the challange that HE says nobody has accepted. If there is know answer, then at the very least the Better Business Burea and any other consumer groups shouild be alerted......

haha you should just use it as a selling point. Have some cheesey caption on the side of the home page saying toplace voted best in 2009 and talk about how farrell were too scared to compete with you and what not.

It seems as if Farrell can make any claim it wants too without repercussions. We all know they are NOT the best, We all know they price gouge their clients and nobody is protecting unsuspecting new clients buy having the truth be told. TRUTH, "Your $2500 Farrell hair peplacemnt can be purchased for under $200!!!!"
Toplace should make a VERY LARGE TYPEFACE claim that "Toplace is the one that even FARRELL was afraid to accept the challenge!"

Hairagain is right. Send a registered letter. That way you are 100% legally save. You can even sue them if they want to remain the same slogan.

I went ahead asked the question on hairsite.com what happened to Farrell, they obviously blocked the words toplace and farrell, so I had to use an extra P in toplace and extra L in farrell.
